Corporate Sales Agreement PDF Print E-mail

The goal of this agreement is to assist your branches in sales expertise of the product line that American has been selling for 96 years. Our experts are yours to use with each order, we may assist in the blue print take off, design build and final design and measurements. Many have tried to do it without our expertise and it turned out like if my estimator were trying to figure out your wood material list they would have wasted time and money and embarrassed us in the customers eyes.

We will establish a wholesale account for each store and the names of those who are authorized to buy. Next we will either look at some prints and either do the takeoff or go over your sales agents count with them to insure they are not missing something. Then we will give you a price which then you can mark up and give to your customer, along with cut sheets and color charts. This will help you display complete confidence in what you are selling which we all know is half of the salesman’s criteria. Then we will see it through to the final payment coaching you on finish sizes as well as the lien process to make sure we are all paid. We have the availability to do joint checks with most of our factories and make the long payment terms run smother.

Why are we reaching out to you at this time, Three reasons, first is we have seen a rash of residential people who used to do nothing but homes stumbling through the commercial side of construction. We don’t want to discourage this just help coach them to a successful project. Secondly we want to keep establishing new relationships with those whom are dabbling in our industry and make them shine as well as keeping our business flowing. We believe in allies as well as staunch competitors and we would much rather have Allies.

With large corporations as well as individual stores we can help increase your sales and ours at the same time. I look forward to a long and healthy relationship with our companies. Some small issues that need to be worked out are Taxes, labor agreements and insurance certificates, all of which we can make as simple and straight forward as possible.

A example of why this is important, without naming any names recently a church came to us and said they had bought 14 stalls from a business that has about sixty stores in various states and has a good reputation for customer service with most hardware and wood type products. They sold the church our type products not ordering doors and sizes that fit the ADA laws and codes for this particular state. So when they called us we told them the truth and coached them how to fix the layouts, what sizes they need and what it would cost to have us do the install. This may have left a bad taste in the churches eyes that the Hardware store did not cover their needs and ended up wasting three weeks of their time which was costly to lose a full month of time and money. Had we been the source to the hardware company the sizes would have been professionally set up from the start and everyone would have come through with flying colors.
